Data Deletion

Removing CO8 from your Facebook account automatically tells us to delete the data we obtained through Meta. No further action is needed:

• Open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites.
• Select CO8 and choose Remove.
• Facebook notifies us, and we delete the stored access tokens and platform connections immediately.
• Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page, where you can verify the deletion at any time.

Everything we obtained through your Meta login: the encrypted access tokens, the business connection linking your ad accounts, and any Facebook or Instagram publishing connections authorised with it. Deleting the record deletes the token with it, so there is nothing left for us to call Meta with.

Your CO8 account and the creative you produced are not deleted by this, because they are not Meta data. To delete those too, see below.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We action it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
